Taekwondo is a Korean martial art known for its kicking and striking techniques, taught through forms, drills, and partner work. Students learn real self-defense skills alongside the focus, coordination, and respect that come with belt progression.
Our Kids Taekwondo program starts at age 5 and runs through age 12. Students 13 and older train in our adult class. If your child is close to the age cutoff, get in touch and we will help you pick the right fit.
None at all. Most of our adult and teen students walk in with zero martial arts background, and the class is structured so beginners learn the fundamentals while more experienced students work on their own material. You go at your own pace.
Yes. We offer a free trial class so you or your child can try a real session before committing to anything. Book a time through the form on this page and we will confirm a class that fits your schedule.
Comfortable athletic clothes and bare feet are all you need for a trial class. Once you enroll, your uniform is included, so there is nothing to buy before you start.
Our After-School program gives kids ages 5 to 12 a place to land once the school day ends, mixing Taekwondo classes with time to move and play in the gym. Space is limited, so contact us for current availability and details.
We are a family run school, and Master Curtis and Mrs. Brittany teach the classes themselves rather than handing them off. Families stay with us because their kids are known by name and the instruction stays consistent year after year.
